Pay via PayPal
Please chose the item you wish to pay for in the drop down menu. For each choice in the drop down menu, please make sure to indicate the name of the Registrant/Member and their Institutional Affiliation (even though you completed this information in the above form) for which each payment is made before adding it to the cart.
This helps us keep detailed records on applying payment to the correct individual (especially if you have someone else paying for travel using a P-Card, etc). Thanks!
